Hickory Lake Apartments Acquired by TRE

Thiemann Real Estate announces the acquisition of Hickory Lake Apartments located at 1214 Lavender Court in Evansville, IN.  The complex is comprised of 98 1 and 2 bedroom luxury senior apartments designed specifically for the independent 55+ community.  This is Thiemann Real Estate’s second venture in the Evansville market and 6th multi-family purchase this year.
